			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just found out that Nikon has published details of a new lens, AF-S NIKKOR f/1.8G with built in &#8220;Silent Wave&#8221; focusing.</p>
<p>The lens is constructed with a new optical design using 7 elements divided in 6 groups. One aspherical element is also included in the lens.</p>
<p>The lens can be used on Nikon DX and FX DSLR&#8217;s and is similar to a 75mm lens in terms of angle of view for all camera models with a crop factor.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Canon&#8217;s recently released a new Firmware for Canon EOS 60D and version 1.0.9 comes with the following corrections and modifications.</p>
<p>Fix #1. Modifies the name of the function named &#8220;Art Filters&#8221; to &#8220;Creative Filters&#8221; in the Japanese model.</p>
<p>Fix #2. Corrects a problem where the digital camera might function incorrectly whenever it is set to Quick Mode AF during Live View capturing instantly after taking a picture with the C.Fn II-1 Long exposure noise reduction setting set to [2: On] and a shutter speed setting of five seconds or more.</p>
<p>Fix #3. Corrects a problem where by the digital camera might function incorrectly after taking pictures in Live View mode, the remote switch on the EOS Utility screen is pressed to instantly start movie-shooting.</p>
<p>This problem happens only when the digital camera is hooked up to a computer and the Remote Live View feature of EOS Utility software is used.</p>
